Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Process times are updated and located in the announcement bar of the home page of this website. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Some products are shipped from different warehouses and may arrive separate. Shipping Carrier and Shipping Times
All order are shipped through FedEx ground. All shipping fees are carrier calculated. Orders begin processing immediately and typically ship within time frame stated in announcement bar on the home page of this website from Missouri or Arkansas. Shipping speeds range from 1 to 5 business days. Confirmation emails will be sent directly following an order and it will update with a tracking number. Once the order has been completed and fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number that will also contain tracking information and other shipping updates. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Allied Screen Printing Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Allied Screen Printing Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada.
Delivery Insurance Policy
