Our mesh is a high tension, low elongation mono-filament polyester, precisely woven to meet all requirements for any screen printing applications. Range was created using thinner thread diameters while maintaining mesh counts to ensure larger print runs. White mesh has a faster exposure time but doesn’t allow for fine details. It is best used for larger text, thick layers and spot coloring. Yellow mesh has a longer exposure time that varies with light source. It is best used for finer detail and sharper images.

 Mesh Counts and Your Needs

  • 30 and 40

    • Best used with glitter inks or anything that needs and open mesh.

  • 60 and 74

    • Best used with lighter glitter inks and shimmer inks.

  • 86

    • Best used with shimmer inks, thick high density layers and foils.

  • 110

    • Best used with white inks as well as other thicker inks. This mesh count provides less detail and is best used for spot coloring and thick layers.

  • 125

    • This is one of the most common mesh counts in the industry. Best used with white inks, thicker inks and high viscosity inks.

  • 140 and 160

    • Used for general purpose textile printing. These mesh counts provide moderate detail while working with thinner inks.

  • 180 and 195

    • Used when thinner layers and more detail than 140 and 160 is needed.

  • 230, 255 and 280

    • Used for high end fine detail where thicker lines than 305 are needed.

  • 305

    • Used for extremely high detail with thin layers of ink where halftones are used. Works great for process prints.

  • 330, 350, 380 and 420

    • Used for graphic printing with very high detail on signs, banners and CDs. Good for UV printing where higher mesh counts allow automatic printers to regulate the amount of ink that passes through.
