Wood or Aluminum
- Wood
  - Stock Sizes (Width and Height)
  - Provide thickness first using this format: (Width) x (Height)
  - Dimensions between 3/4” and 1 3/4”
    - Examples: 3/4” x 3/4”, 1” x 1 3/4”, 7/8” x 1 1/2”
  - Our thickness can only go to 1 3/4” whereas our width can go to 2 1/2”
    - Examples: 1 3/4” x 2 /1/2”, 1 3/4” x 2”, 1 1/2” x 2 1/2”
- Aluminum
  - Stock sizes: 3/4” x 3/4”, 1” x 1”, 1 1/2” x 1 1/2”, 2” x 2”
Specialty frames
- We manufacture specialty frames using combinations of wood and aluminum, combinations of stock and flat bar, with holes or cuts made to order.
- We feel we can make anything you throw at us just be as descriptive as possible in your initial message and someone will contact you with the next step.
- On specialty Frame you may be required to fax a diagram, email a pdf. or speak over the phone.
Frame sizes
- We make frames based of both inner and outer dimensions that are provided for us.
- Make sure to provide weather or not your size is OD (outer dimensions) or ID (inner dimensions)
  - This is important as the two are vastly different. For example a 20” x 20” ID frame made of 2” x 2” aluminum stock will be 24” x 24” OD.
